Sobre una bandeja de plata, una copa descansa como un altar a la fragilidad del tiempo. Su contenido, de bioplástico translúcido, imita la profundidad y el brillo del vino, pero no es vino. En su centro hay un mensaje de galleta de la suerte: Descansa.

 

Debajo, dos círculos concéntricos de bioplástico evocan el impacto de una gota sobre el agua, mientras peces koi, también moldeados en el mismo material, nadan a su alrededor. Habitan un espacio donde el vino no es vino, el agua no es agua, y el bioplástico se convierte en símbolo de la intersección entre lo natural y lo fabricado, lo duradero y lo desechable.

On a silver tray, a glass rests like an altar to the fragility of time. Its contents, made of translucent bioplastic, mimic the depth and sheen of wine, but it is not wine. At its center is a fortune cookie message: Rest.

 

Below, two concentric circles of bioplastic evoke the impact of a drop on water, while koi fish, also molded in the same material, swim around it. They inhabit a space where wine is not wine, water is not water, and bioplastic becomes a symbol of the intersection between the natural and the manufactured, the durable and the disposable.
